| About the Brand | Manpasand was established in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan in the year 1976 by Mr. Ramesh Chandra. The business was started from a shop in Jaipur where in the beginning they only sold supari. Mr. Rajesh Chandra got the idea to set up the shop from his maternal uncle who was engaged in the same work but in Ajmer.The business in the years saw tremendous success and addition of more products. Ten years after the business was established Mouth fresheners were added in their range of products. And, in 1996 churans were added in their range followed by Alma products which were then added in 2007.As the business expanded the Manpasand family also grew. Five years after its inception Mr. Suresh, younger brother of Mr. Ramesh joined the business. Then, in 1992 Mr. Satya Narain, the third and the youngest brother of Mr. Ramesh joined the business.From a small shop in Jaipur the name Manpasand expanded to the whole of Rajasthan then later to the whole country. Now, the name has its presence in a few select countries in the world.Manpasand was originally known for their supari but is now their range of mouth fresheners are widely loved. Their flagship products are Rasmudhuri Mukhwas, Pan Khajur, their wide range of supari, etc. |
