How to order from Dilocious?
Dilocious enables users to buy the products of their choice from any seller throughout the global store of dilocious. They can simply do it by clicking on either “Add to cart” or “Buy Now”. Now click on the “Checkout” option after confirming the products and quantities and then login with your credentials for old user or register account for new user. Afterward they can click on “Login” or “Register” and proceed to make the final payment. On the payment page customers are free to choose any of their preferred payment option and confirm the order. After making the payment, do not refresh the page, it will be automatically directed to the order confirmation page and customers will receive an email and SMS for confirmation of their order.

“I changed my mind after placing an order"
In case you have changed your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order till it is not shipped from the seller. Once the order is shipped from the seller, it is not possible to cancel the order.

“I have done the payment but order confirmation is not received on email and SMS"
If you have not received the order confirmation via email and SMS from Dilocious and you are charged with the amount for it, kindly wait for 2 houirs as it will get auto created through auto reconciliation process. In case if you still have not received the confirmation, kindly reach out to our customer support for further investigation.
